December Class on Sale & Christmas Present Ideas!
With the year we’ve had so far it’s great to see the end finally in sight and to have, albeit a very different, Christmas to look forward to! It should be mentioned that last night in the S&F household there was even talk of putting up the Christmas decorations – I think we may have put that off for a week or so but expect some Xmas magic soon in the Virtual Studio – we can’t wait!
With that being said, we have put the Online Group Pilates Classes for the period up until December 21st on sale. Lockdown has made classes incredibly busy again so we really would recommend booking your places asap.
We will be running classes up to and including Monday 21st December and then taking a break from live classes until Monday 4 January 2021.
We will be releasing two special Christmas pre-recorded classes for the weeks that we are not here so you can get your Pilates with Michael fix all over the festive period!

With Christmas in mind, our thoughts have turned to what to get people for gifts. This year has been exceptionally hard for a lot of self-employed people and small businesses, so we are going to try really hard to buy our presents from as many of these businesses as possible to try and help them out.

We wanted to reach out to all of you to see if you can recommend any such businesses that we could share with our wonderful S&F Community. Maybe you run a shop or a provide a service, or you have used lockdown to get all arty and crafty and have opened an Etsy shop? Perhaps a family member or friend is doing something amazing that you think it would be worth sharing with everyone?

It’s just an idea at the moment, but if we get enough recommendations then we could create a small Christmas Shopping Directory on the site and and all try to help each other out this Christmas! You can email us at pilates@stretchandflex.training with your recommendations or let us know what you think of the idea!
